    THE DORCHESTER HOTEL

    2022-Present

    As the Marketing Manager, LB played a key role in shaping The Dorchester’s brand from concept to launch—helping turn a vision into a recognizable and trusted presence in South Georgian Bay. Leading up to our December 2022 opening, LB planned and executed a full-scale brand strategy and marketing rollout that has remained consistent.

    Our work has included developing digital and print advertising, writing and editing copy across platforms, managing email marketing campaigns, securing media coverage, cultivating PR relationships, and building strategic partnerships to strengthen visibility and engagement.

    Since opening, The Dorchester has quickly become a sought after destination in the region. We’re proud of the community we’ve fostered—and the genuine, positive response from guests and travellers.

    AT HOME INTERIORS

    2020-2024

    LB Marketing began working with At Home Interiors in 2020, managing their social media, website, and newsletters. What started as a focused effort to showcase their product lines and connect their online shop through Shopify quickly evolved into a more comprehensive digital marketing partnership. In addition to day-to-day content planning and platform management, our work included creative direction for seasonal photo and video shoots, ongoing copywriting for promotions and product highlights, and ensuring all digital touchpoints reflected the store’s warm, approachable brand voice. We developed strategic campaigns aligned with At Home’s vision—helping every customer feel inspired to create the home of their dreams.

    At Home Interiors saw significant growth in online engagement, stronger brand recognition, and increased traffic to both their website and in-store location.

    THORNBURY CRAFT

    2019-2022

    Ontario’s top-selling cider brand, Thornbury Craft, brought LB Marketing on board in 2019 to enhance their digital presence and connect more meaningfully with their growing community of fans.

    We began by developing a cohesive social media strategy that reflected Thornbury’s premium positioning. From crafting engaging content and eye-catching visuals to executing well-targeted ad campaigns, LB Marketing helped grow Thornbury’s online following significantly.

    Beyond social media management, our work included writing newsletters, contributing to website content, and supporting key product launches and special events.

    With an engagement rate well above the industry average, Thornbury Craft has expanded its reach beyond the local market—attracting new followers from Toronto and other major centres across Ontario.

    2020-2021

    LB Marketing worked with the Town of Collingwood’s business development team to support Experience Collingwood—the town’s official marketing platform showcasing what makes Collingwood a vibrant place to live, work, and visit. From 2020 to 2021, we led content strategy for the Instagram page and supporting marketing channels, focusing on visual consistency, audience growth, and community engagement. Core themes included Collingwood’s natural beauty, heritage charm, active lifestyle, local events, and a spotlight on the town’s growing entrepreneur scene. Experience Collingwood saw a notable increase in followers, stronger engagement, and positive community feedback—particularly around our business features that helped amplify local voices.
